What Sets Us Apart?

The time we take with you.

Our doctors will take a full patient history and take the time to get to the root of your pain. One of our greatest strengths is the time we dedicate to our patients. Our initial examinations last a full hour, and chiropractic follow-up visits range from 10 to 20 minutes. This allows us to truly understand your full story and be as thorough as possible with your history and condition. We don’t rush care or treat you like you're on a factory line—instead, we prioritize building strong relationships, because we've found that better connections lead to better outcomes.

Chiropractic Adjustment

Amongst the therapies we use in office, we commonly use a chiropractic spinal manipulation to adjust the spine. This increases mobility, movement, and blood flow to the area, and decreases pain and stiffness.

A chiropractic adjustment is the application of quick force to a specific area of the body or spine. Sometimes this movement produces a popping sound (similar to when you pop your knuckles). This is merely air bubbles escaping the joint capsule and is no reason for alarm.

While some patients find immediate relief following a chiropractic adjustment, for others it takes the surrounding muscles time to release before full relief is felt.

Dr. Flack and Dr. Reidhead have tools to employ very gentle adjustments, as needed. Every patient and his or her body's tolerance to therapies is considered and applied as necessary.

Soft Tissue Work

When muscle tightness is preventing or limiting movement, our doctors will spend time release trigger points and tight muscles. They employ scraping (like Graston technique), dry needling, and trigger point release to encourage muscles to release and to relieve pain related to muscle tightness.

When patients can benefit from longer sessions of soft tissue work, we have great massage therapists on staff to help!
