Dr. Flack's primary interest is helping you, the patient, achieve your goals, wants and needs. Whatever you may come in for, whether it be a few visits or a number of visits, his goals are: 1. Make you happy, 2. Return you to as pain free and functional as possible. He focuses on a wide variety of treatment techniques and modalities, with the aim to customize what works best for you. This may also include working in conjunction with other doctors inside and outside the office if that is what is appropriate for ideal rehabilitation.
Outside of practice, Dr. Flack enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 children. They love the Boise area and can often be found hiking, skiing, or in one of the many hot springs in the region.
Tyler Reidhead, DC

Dr. Reidhead is passionate about evidence-based care and providing patients with the knowledge to take control of their own health. Because of his experience in managing and diagnosing complex cases, Dr. Reidhead is a regular guest lecturer to groups of students across the United States. He is expert at considering the whole patient and helping people get back to moving well and living life.
Outside of practice, Dr. Reidhead can be found experimenting with new recipes for smoked meats or spending time with his wife and 3 kids.
Erin Tuthill, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy - University of Puget Sound, Tacoma WA
BS Biology - Gonzaga University, Spokane WA
Erin is a Boise native and military veteran, who has more than 15 years of experience in her field. Her experience covers nearly every area across the continuum of care, from intensive care inpatient to outpatient therapy. She especially enjoys treating athletes, "weekend warriors", and aging adults who want to stay as active as possible.
Outside of practice she enjoys yoga and cooking. She also loves spending time with her children being active, traveling, hiking and exploring.
